Question / Help iTunes & Stream Volume

Whenever I stream I like to play my iTunes podcasts at the same time. I would like it so that the viewers can hear the music still in the background along with the game sounds effects and my voice and the other people talking from mumble.

But whenever I set the volume to where I like it on my headphones, it comes out very different in stream. The iTunes audio seems to always be a lot lower where you can't hear it. So if I turn it up to where it sounds good on stream, it is loud as hell on my headphones.

Anyone have this problem as well and know a good fix? I'm sure I could tinker around with it until I figure it out but would rather ask yall :D

Could use desktop and/or mic audio boost in audio settings. Might help if you've got to lower the volume of the sound for your headphones but need to increase the volume past it's normal capacity.

I figured out my volume problem but I realized there is still significant white noise going on. I don't have a fan going or anything but the sound remains.

I messed around with the noise gate settings but that did not help either. Any ideas?
