Question / Help it's never streaming from the event page that i create

I keep trying to set live stream events for every sunday morning 2am on youtube and it creates the event and sends out a notification......but then when i open the event i get this

"We are not receiving data from your encoder. Please make sure it is configured correctly in the Ingestion Settings page."



so basically to sum up, i am able to stream live and public...but it's never streaming from the event page that i create, and i also cant preview test events (private tests) because no preview shows up and it says that message about not reading the encoder



i have the encoder on but for some reason its not reading it....



but it does create an archive unlisted video of it......so what the issue here?

Each YouTube event have their own separate stream key. Using a stream key from event's settings?
