when I try to stream it will say it won't start streaming and won't connect to twitch

Hm are you sure you are using the correct stream key? Unfortunately I don't know what the error code "-3" at the end of the error message "Connection to rtmp://live-yto.twitch.tv/app failed: -3" means.
Besides that I would recommend using a wired connection for streaming.
