it wants me to "update my drivers"

so, as the title says, it wants me to update my drivers, but my computer says my drivers are up to date. this might just be me being dumb or something but I just cant figure out why its doing this.
I also cannot find the logs to add them uh oops.

change your encoder settings to Software (x264)

make sure you change it in the recording settings as well just below the marked location.
