You may have another application that is forked from OBS running that didn't bother changing their mutex name.

26.1.1 seems to have problems. Whenever I try to exit OBS, there is a long time before the application exits. Looking at Task Manager, there's two new child apps (obs-browser-page.exe) that are listed under the OBS Studio app:

At times, OBS Studio doesn't exit at all and I have to kill it. Something in 26.1.1 was recently introduced to cause this. I didn't have this issue with prior versions. I don't even use browser sources in any of my scenes....

Is this the browser being used to connect to Twitch? No idea why there are two instances... I could understand one.
As you can see, OBS Studio itself is not responding and hanging my system... this would keep OBS open and running and all tests to see if it were running would cause multi instance errors.

OBS needs to close the browser instances down after successfully logging into Twitch.
