I have paid 3 times for help using obs but they do not last. I keep returning to a frozen screen. I know you need to look at my files but don't know how to supply them. Please advise.

What are pinned posts and where would I find them. If they are stock answers I doubt they're going to get into the weeds with me. I know how to post my files but I've gotten no responses

Pinned posts are, like the name says (and common sense), posts which are pinned at the top of the forum. In there you'll find posts where common issues where already answer and what is needed so other people can help you to solve them in case none of this posts helped.
