it keeps giving an error that obs studio is used in creative cloud even if everything is closed is this normal?

hi so i was installing obs studio (i'm normaly on window 11 or 10) and it keeps giving me an error that doesn't let me instal obs studio. i have a schreenschot that i will attach and i just want to know how to fix this

Close any intance of creative cloud (force close them from task manager) and then try again.
