I'm having problems with the video having a double voice as well as it not recording in its entirety. It's picking up my voice for narration but not the entirety of the video. I have tried all that I know to do.

You have audio devices at mis-matched sampling rates... never advisable (whether an issue or not....)
Do you need 60fps?
And why did you ignore the warning about recording to MP4 (instead of auto-remuxing to MP4 after Recording as is strongly recommended)?
