Question / Help Issues with Video on DVC100

So I decided to hookup my Dazzle DVC100 to try and stream a few games for some friends and I ran into an issue.
(Bottom of screen)

Ive tried a lot of different things to make it go away but nothing I do does anything. I tried just opening it on xsplit and it works just fine. No lines or anything at the bottom

As you can see, its not on the xsplit.

Is there anyway to fix this on my OBS since I personally dont like XS?

It looks like your Dazzle is set to the wrong resolution (most likely it is set to 720x576 instead of 720x480), or at least that's the best guess I can come up with since you didn't include a log file.

Right click the source for your Dazzle and open the properties for it, then tick the "Custom Resolution" checkbox and select 720x480 from the list.
