Question / Help Issues with using OBS and Elgato HD60S for PS4 and Steam

I'm new to Twitch streaming and have only had my Elgato HD60 S for a few weeks. I've been streaming from PS4 with really no problems to mention (or none that I couldn't figure out myself). But now I'm trying to do new things and having some issues. There are three separate issues (wasn't sure they were each worthy enough on their own to constitute their own thread, but I'm new here so please let me know if I need to redo this):

1. On PS4, I streamed a game through the capture card that I was playing through Playstation Now (this was actually the primary reason I got the card). The game video was fine, as was my microphone audio and webcam video, but the game audio and sound was tinny, static-y, and sounded like the characters were talking over a fast good drive-thru intercom. I didn't change any audio settings from what I normally use. Is it possible that streaming into a stream (Playstation Now into Twitch) is just too much and something was bound to get futzed? Or is there something else I'm missing?

2. I tried streaming my PC directly to Twitch for the first time, so that I could play Steam games. Video is fine and I can play on my TV, but since my computer screen and TV screen are just duplicates, I'm not sure how I can play the game on one screen and pay attention to Twitch and chat on the other. Or is the problem that all my PC actions are being streamed, and I need to find a way to only stream the game window?

3. And together with #2, I have no game audio when I stream from PC. My webcam, microphone, and the video are playing fine, but there is no game audio at all. Help?

Here are the devices I have selected for OBS when I'm trying to do this:

Video Capture: Elgato

Video Capture: Logitech C920

Audio Input Capture: Blue Snowball microphone
