Any advice or help gratefully received. We have been live streaming church services through OBS using a Logitec webcam with USB 2.0 cables into a laptop. This week we upgraded the webcam to a Logitec Brio, which uses a higher grade 3.0 cable. The static image through the Brio is superb but when live streaming, the image is pixelating quite badly. To my knowledge, the settings for the camera in OBS are correct. The newer 3.0 USB cable is going into older USB ports in the laptop and I wonder if this is the problem? The previous webcam used the earlier 2.0USB cable. Does anyone have any experience of this, or even better, ideas for a fix?!
