Question / Help Issues with stuttering and unclear stream Log attached

i have tried a number of things and cant quite figure out why my stream stutters a bit and is also pretty unclear when movement happens Here is the log file: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/5fc651ed72d70ccebabf56c5a30efc2c

Also 52Mbps down / 61Up if that helps at all.

EDIT: I updated with new log file with the most current stream in it.... it does show multiple streams because i stopped stream to change cpu preset because i noticed my CPU usage was really high.The log also says Win10 GAMEDVR is on but i disabled it before streaming so unsure why it still says its enabled. Also i am not having stuttering issue anymore the picture is just pretty unclear a bit grainy.

- no recording/streaming attempt in that log
- Win10 Game DVR is on (my suggestion: disable it and make sure Nvidia Shadowplay is disabled as well)

Make sure, you run the game with a frame limit (either through game options like VSYNC or with additional tools like RTSS (MSI Afterburner), otherwise you will choke GPU or CPU and get stutter in your recordings/streams.

If the GPU has at least 10% headroom (I see some stutter in my recordings even at >=80% GPU load) the stutter should be gone.
If not, sync your capture framerate to the game framerate. Example: Limit FPS to 60 or 120 if you record with 60fps.
Limit FPS to 30/60/90/10 if you record with 30 FPS.

ok ill disable those those and i thought the log would just capture my previous stream i try these and if still having issues ill post new log, Thanks!
