Bug Report Issues with streaming Sketchbook Pro 6.0.1

The title is self-explanatory really.
For some reason, this program can't bee seen by OBS.
I've created different scenes, with various sources, and they've all come up perfectly fine.
I used to use Sketchbook Pro 2011, and that streamed just fine (edit - Whoops, totally didn't see that I should've have wrote that... Sorry), but I can't seem to use window capture on Sketchbook Pro 6, without just getting a black screen.

Is there any cause for this? Sometimes a green rectangle will pop up in the black screen as well, which is odd. I'm able to capture my full monitor, though sometimes the program gets crippled entirely from my attempts to get a visual on this thing (selecting one window will show another, non existent windows showing up in window selection, still frames of my monitor just showing up in the stream preview, etc). Please help.

I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, if that's important.

If the app uses windows with the same title and classname OBS could be having a hard time locking onto the correct window handle. The current method of obtaining the window handle is a little messy in this regard, you can confirm if this is the problem with a tool such as Spy++.

Sorry for being insanely late on this, but how exactly would I go about doing that?
I got Spy++, but I'm really unsure of what I'm lookin' at.
