Question / Help Issues with streaming music

I'm trying to play music for my viewers when I stream, but it just comes through way too quiet. I'll have pandora cranked up to max, and have obs set to max for it's sound, and it can still barely be heard, even though it's drowning everything out through my headset and I can't even hear myself talk.
