Question / Help Issues with stream lag and Etc..

Im just getting too much lag for my stream to watch before i Reinstalled my Operating System everything was perfectly fine except i was using a different moniter with a resolution @ 1920x1080 and im not even streaming gameplay from my pc im trying to stream from my 360 @ 720p and a downscale of somewhere around 480p i know my spec arent that great but it would be appreciated if someone looked into this and help out

Lag on the stream? Or lag while streaming? Thank you for the log file by the way. I would recommend using game capture instead of window capture on windows 7 though.
