Question / Help issues with recording

Good day!

I have a problem with the output file, writes the OBS. The problem is that recording video in 1080p with CBR 10k I get the output of 720p and a bitrate of 64kbps.

My system:
  • Windows 10 (15058)
  • AMD FX-9370
  • R9 290X
  • OBS 18.0.1
I have tried to use different encoders, different versions of OBS (even tried to run the 32-bit version), different encoder settings, but nothing helped. The system is clean, recently installed, clean re-install of OBS did not help.

Strange thing here is that the native resolution of the monitor is 1080p, but the maximum I could get while recording - 720p.

Help, please, tell me what else I can try to check to do?
