Hello I have been trying to get my stream all fixed up and ready to go this week everything is set the only issue is that the stream is pixelated when I move alot or when there is alot going on in the stream.
I have 6.73 up and 58.32 Down
My Stream is set to 2500 Bit and at 50 fps

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5
Video Card AMD Radeon (TM) R9 390 Series
RAM 30 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 ~ 64-bit
