I'm having some strange problems with monitor capture in OBS v0.637b (x64). Because the driver descriptions aren't specific, I should mention that my graphics adapter is a Radeon HD 6950, with a modified BIOS to unlock additional shaders (so basically a 6970).
I was attempting to stream Knights of the Old Republic II, when the game capture started blinking to a black screen about once every second. As a workaround, I tried running it in windowed mode and using a window/monitor capture.
And that's when things got weird.
I started by creating a new scene and adding a non-global Monitor Capture source to it. Unfortunately, I forgot which monitor was which, and added my secondary monitor as a source by mistake. No problem, just go into properties, change the monitor, aaand... WHAT? The display on my stream (preview and actual) was just a bunch of stripes, almost like the capture was only taking a 1-pixel-wide column and tiling it across the screen. My mouse cursor was still visible in the appropriate location, and it was happily toodling along as if nothing were amiss.
I deleted the scene and repeated the process, each time getting the same result. I tried it using the correct monitor, supposing that somehow switching monitors in the properties mid-stream caused some kind of problem. It still had the weird display.
I tried again, and then tried switching back to the other monitor which had displayed correctly before. Upon switching back to the monitor that had previously been captured just fine, that capture was fucked up as well. Once the monitor capture was screwed up, only deleting the source and re-adding it would allow the secondary monitor to be displayed properly, but as soon as I attempted to do monitor capture on the primary monitor it would be screwed up until I re-added it once again.
The strangest thing about the whole issue is that I have two scenes that I've had set up for ages that capture the primary monitor, and they still work fine. I looked at the properties of those scenes' respective monitor captures, and I couldn't see anything different about them.
I've uploaded the log file for a short stream session where I tested the problems. It can be found here:

I also took a couple screenshots just so you can see what it looked like. These are unedited screengrabs of both my monitors. (printscreen + paste into Paint.NET) Primary monitor is on the left, secondary on the right. Both monitors are running at 1920x1080. Those screenshots can be found here (WARNING: images are 3840x1080):

Hopefully someone can help me out here. I've been tearing my hair out, not because it's actually causing material problems for me, but I can't figure out what the hell is going on.
Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to read this and help out.
