Question / Help Issues with livestreams, red box, and dropping frames!

Ever since yesterday i'm not able to livestream at 540p+ like I was before. My box goes green - yellow - green - orange - red. and sits there and never goes back. And my dropped frames increase and increase!!

Do you have a speed test of some sort I could see? That is insanely low bitrate unfortunately.
