Question / Help Issues with docks dissapearing

Starting today, parts my dock with stop showing. The space they occupied is just grey and they will randomly pop in and out. The display showing what i would be streaming started to do it too but its not in this current log.

You'll have to forgive me, even though I stream i honestly have very little clue what im actually doing and my tech person is now in quarantine

Which specific docks are disappearing? That can happen if Twitch de-authorizes your OAuth key on their end, with things like the Twitch integrations.
