Issues with display capture

Hello I'm trying to stream destiny 2 and have been told that I need to do a display capture instead of a game capture. I have tried to do display capture but all I get is a black screen. I tried setting my graphics card 3d settings for obs and have double checked that destiny 2 is using the same settings but still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

I fixed it all I had to do was run the game in windowed fullscreen and then widow capture worked.
