I first would like to preface this with the fact that I am not the most technically inclined person ever. Around a month ago, I was using OBS to record and stream gameplay. I didn't use it for a while, and I believe that I upgraded to the Anniversary Update sometime in the period where I didn't use the program. When I started to use the program again, I had some issues. OBS would consistently display that it was using around 4 times as much CPU as it was actually using, and when I would turn on my stream, OBS would say that it was using upwards of 90% of my CPU despite only using around 20%. The encoding overloaded and the stream was basically unwatchable. Here is the log file: https://gist.github.com/5f8494ffd17145941bec21bb95d984e2 . I'm on OBS Studio 0.15.4 32 bit. Is this problem caused by the anniversary update issues, or is it being caused by something else, and if so, what is causing it?
