Question / Help Issues with CLR Plugin, Please Help!

I've been working on this for about a week and still can't figure it out. I do have all the neccessary extensions downloaded in order to run the program, but it still does not work.

The plugin shows up on the "PLUGIN" list but it is not listed as a source for me to use.

I am using a Windows 8 system I just got, and I do have the correct plug in in it's corresponding folder (32 or 64 bit). I am trying to use the 64 bit, but it works on neither.

Here's my log :

Usually means you didn't install the two dependencies, VC++ Runtimes and .NET. They're linked on the Browser Source page, download and install them - https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/clr-browser-source-plugin.22/

Also keep in mind that Browser Source will only show up as a source type, not in the plugins list.

I have downloaded them both, and still having the same issue. Any other suggestions

Also I have noticed that vcredist_arm.exe cannot be downloaded on my computer for some reason, any idea how to fix that? is that needed?

Okay, are there any other things i could try as I have tried to do what I"ve been told and for some reason or another I cannot seem to get it to work. Any suggestions or information I can give you that may help me get it resolved?
