Question / Help Issues with Batman Arkham City

Hello,

I have been trying to record Batman: Arkham City for a while now. Tried it through monitor and game capture and all I get is a black screen with pieces of the Windows taskbar showing . It does record the sound. Windowed mode does work but this game doesn't support borderless fullscreen which means I'm stuck with a tiny window :(. The game doesn't show up in the applications list either.

Other games like ARK, CSGO, H1Z1, GTAV and more work flawlessly. Any idea what I could've missed?

Tings I tried so far:
- Update Drivers, Razer Synapse, OBS
- Monitor and Game capture
- Run OBS and the game as administrator
- Tried running the game in DX9

UPDATE: It worked by turning off DX11 effects. When I ran it in DX9 it didn't work but by setting the ''Detail level'' from Extreme to very high it started recording.

Razer Synapse has also been known to cause issues with OBS.

game capture (with or without anticheat hook) is the only method or recording/streaming full screen apps and games.
