Issues Streaming to YouTube (Please Help) SEE ATTACHED IMAGE

Moved my Channel from a Brand Account to Regular account, and now livestreaming is not enabled. Cannot tell if its a YouTube issue or an OBS issue.​

Even though is shows I am verified to Stream and nothing in my dashboard is any different than before, in OBS when I go to "Start Streaming" I get a Pop-up that says "This Channel is not verified for streaming on YouTube"

I'm having this same issue where I get the same error even though everything on YT's end looks good. My YT features are enabled, 24 hours has passed, and I have no problem streaming with a stream key, but for some reason I still get this error.

Bumping this to hopefully get a response/solution.
