issue with using text (GDI+)

so whenever i add a text to my stream, next time i launch OBS it will not start ( obs64.exe starts BUT it just uses like 64 mb or ram and theres no window and cannot do anything ) in order to get it to start up again i need to delete everything in appdata/obs

i've tried updating obs ( did not work and new version tanks my performance for some reason so went back to an older version ), it was working ~1 year ago

i'm on windows 7,

any suggestions?
