Issue with Twitch Stream Title

Fairly new to OBS so I am sorry if this question might sound stupid: I started my second stream today and changed the title of my stream in OBS studio, along with tags, and game name. Problem is, when the stream went live it showed the old title (my first stream). At the end of the stream I shut down OBS, opened it back up, and it's still showing the title of my original stream. What am I doing wrong? How can I change the title every time I go live?

Silly question, but did you hit the Save button at the bottom? The stream settings dock just loads the page from twitch, so it still needs all the changes to be applied after they are selected.

Also, are you actually signed in to twitch in the account settings, or are you just using a stream key?

Hi, SFJI but I just ran into the same problem.
Carl, which button at the bottom of what, please? My OBS main screen doesn't show any SAVE button.
Thanks.

Also, if your stream title (or go-live notification) has any objectionable words or terms in it, Twitch will silently fail to save the update, and give no indication of this until you refresh the page (you can refresh Dock pages with CTRL+R after clicking inside them). Even some very innocuous phrases are on their blacklist, so always refresh to check. I've been caught out a couple of times.
