I stream games like Skyrim at 360p and I use the settings the OBS setting emulator says use as recommend to me. For a long time I had no issues, but about 2 months ago the streams were not even good enough to be called a stream. I started instead having 2 fps videos instead of the 30 fps i had before no settings were changed and my internet was not either what happened to it I have not changed anything with it? I stopped streaming for about a month when it started and I want to stream again.
