Question / Help Issue with sound doubling and looping

Hey, all. So, I'm in what seems to be a unique situation, not like the normal sound is looping issue. What I'm trying to do is do a Skype call with my S/O and then stream shows/movies so we can watch. I initially tried to Skype screen share function, but that can only share video, but no audio. I had other stream programs, but had issues with them, too, so I came over to try OBS. I'm getting the same issue, though. At first I thought it was because I might have been previewing my own stream, but I'm not. No tabs with it open, not on my twitch dashboard, nothing like that.

So, the setup:
+I am using headphones, but they are just a regular pair of headphones ran through the 3.5 jack on the back of the computer. My mic is through my webcam.
+She is also Skyping, and she is using headphones and her mic is the mic in the laptop itself
+I am using Skype to do video call.

Here is where the issue is, though. I figured out that what I hear is doubled. So, I start the stream up (remember, not previewing this), and I have her go to my Twitch stream. Before I even start anything up, I'll have her just say something. I'll hear her say a few words normally, through my headphones, and then she hears herself repeat over and over on the stream. I don't hear it, just her (because I'm not previewing the stream).

Does anyone have any suggestions/ideas about what is going on? Am I not able to do a Skype video call and stream at the same time? I would be fantastically ecstatic if I could, and I feel there has to be a way to do this because you always see video game streamers streaming their game, and you hear the audio fine from the game, but then they also have a little video of themselves, and you can hear their reactions and stuff, without any sort of looping.

I appreciate any help, and sorry for this huge post. If I'm doing anything wrong/left any information out, let me know and I'll get it up right quick. Thanks!

EDIT: Tossed up a log I just did, though I'm not on Skype now, so I don't know if that will show anything different.

Could be this (Control Panel > Sound):

EDIT: For her to not hear herself you would need to isolate Skype on your end so it doesn't get streamed, you can either use a different sound card or an application like Virtual Audio Cable or VB-Cable

That (most likely) fixed that issue, because I was checked to reduce volume by 80%
Cool, one bit fixed. Now, if I could figure out this sound loop issue.. >.> Haha, thanks

I did add a bit about that in my previous post, sounds like you might have missed it.

Ohh, yeah I missed that bit. I'll try this out, to see if this helps. Thanks, and I hope this prevents any sort of sound doubling~
