Question / Help Issue with recording

Hi guys,

I am having an issue when i record a video (not a stream) the audio is fine but within the first second of the video playing the video freezes but the audio keeps going, I know my laptop is not the great and i have set everything on obs to be low as to match my specs, but yeah that is the issue I am having. Any help will be greatly appreciatted.

There's no output attempt in this log.

Open OBS, begin recording, observe your problem, stop recording, then upload the Current log without quitting OBS.

You've got an Intel integrated GPU that's not really suitable for use with OBS, and adding on overlays like StreamElements does not help.
