Question / Help Issue with outputted video washed out coloring.....

I have try different setting but the outcome is still the same. Any ideas what is the issue with? Thanks guys.

I did try that first time and it was no difference. So I did some research and people suggested me to do "Full"
Any other suggestions?

This might be a playback issue, try a different media player like VPC or MPC-HC.

Tried with VPC or MPC-HC, its not the media player issue.
