Question / Help Issue with OBS Studio Freezing Windows 10

Hello I contacted microsoft customer support and they are as unhelpful as you can imagine. I received this pc about 7 months ago prebuilt and brand new. Right from the start I have had this issue pertaining to a few programs I have used such as obs, teamspeak, and ventrilo. Basically what will happen is I open the program lets use obs as an example because it is the only program out of those 3 I try to use anymore...upon opening the program everything is crisp and fine but once I start to click things is when the problem occurs. I will click some things within the program such as settings and after some time it will just freeze up on me. The program itself will freeze but it seems to only be on the surface if that makes any sense. When you are previewing your pc within the program you can see your mouse moving and everything on your screen within the red lined screen and I can see that all fine however it will not let me click anything within the program. I am still able to use everything else on my computer normally. This has happened as I said with obs and a few other programs...this has not happened with skype. I hope someone here has experienced this and is able to help me because I can not seem to find any information about this anywhere online. Thank you ^^ I tried to add the log and i'm not sure if I did it correctly or not so I apologize incase it comes out wrong.

Unfortunately, if it's happening with other applications as well, there's not a whole lot we can do as it's a general PC issue and not an OBS issue.
