Issue with NVENC Encoder in Windows 10

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me, I have a issue with the encoder of my Nvidia GTX 1650 MSI Ventus XS, i can't make livestreams now, here is my log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/gwlEdyXe6dfRTY6H, I already attempt to update the drivers of the GPU, installing the lastest version of OBS (I don't know if something of the current version that I use was trasfering to the last version, if someone knows it let me know.
Here is the error that OBS show me:

Having the same after yesterday's driver update. Didn't change any recommended twitch settings for like ages. Video editing app works fine with NVENC.
 
There is a bug in the 551.61 nvidia drivers and GTX 1650 gpus. You currently need to use a previous version of the driver.
 
Thank you so much guys, I was thinkin in the worst thing that would really happened, hours ago I took on the task of trying to record with the geforce experience and and I realized that my recording looked terrible has its seems to be presenting artifacs, I thought I had already screwed up the graphics, I will download and make a downgrade on the drivers to test that it already works

I too have the same issue.

I'll try downgrading the gpu drivers and respond back here if it's resolved or not.

It actually worked. There seems to be a problem with 551.61 version. Downgrading it to 551.52 fixed it.
