Issue with my JVC GZ-HM200 camera.

Sorry this is only an indirectly OBS related question, but I haven't found the answers elsewhere. I'm trying to use my JVC GZ-HM200 camcorder as an input into OBS. The signal reaches the software without issue. The problem is in the camera controls. For the life of me, I haven't figured out how to disable the menu outputting to the video signal. The camera user manual says nothing about it, and internet searches have the same results. I'm hoping someone here might have faced this issue with the same camera and could share the solution on how to hide the camera display functions. Thanks.

Well, JVC technical support actually responded to my inquiry on the issue. Apparently, the idiots who designed the camera did not understand that disabling the camera menu on the HDMI output would be important to their customers. They told me it is impossible to remove it from the output. >:-( I expected better from a company that actually produces professional video equipment. Frustrating for me, but hopefully me sharing this knowledge will help others with this camera understand how JVC $crewed us over.

Have you tried turning OFF "Display on TV" option?
I searched, but there was no option for Display on TV. That's why I posted here, and contacted JVC Support. JVC confirmed that they didn't include that as an option on this model. I've resigned myself to purchasing a dedicated PC camera for OBS usage.
