I'm having an issue with Media source playback of an intro video that i've been using for months. This is in OBS Studio 19.0.2 which seems to be the latest version at this time. The issue is that when the video activates as i switch scenes, it's highly pixelated and stutter stops. Kind of like when a video online is just barely buffering, I'll upload a screenshot of what the video looks like. The video plays just fine outside of OBS on that same computer. There is no increase in CPU usage during the playback and i do have Hardware acceleration options turned on (turning them off doesn't change anything).
