Hello everyone! I am a streamer on twitch and in the past I had no issues with my frames or internet whatsoever and then all of a sudden i cant stream because of poor frames and internet despite nothing being changed or done to my internet. I even tried wifi and ethernet and for some odd reason wifi had worked better than literally plugged into the modem via ethernet (someone explain how thats even possible??) lol smth like this would happen to me XD. I got a new router that is meant for gaming and streaming so that wouldnt be the issue. Now i have even changed and messed with the settings in my OBS output and now i have great KBPS rate but i am still somehow having dropped frames. Can anybody explain how this could be fixed?

1. Make sure you do not have Multitrack Video/Enhanced Broadcasting on. Go to Settings > Stream > Twich > Use Stream Key and disable it there or adjust bandwidth settings.
2. If that doesn't resolve, enable Dynamic Bitrate by going to Settings, Advanced, Network.

If still having issues with dropped frames then
and then
