Issue with Display Capture window.

Working on setting up a reaction channel. One of my issues is that my Display Capture Won't show on top of my Cam capture of myself. I have the Display capture using my Samsung TV,, but no matter how I resize my cam window it ;doesn't show the display when I place it on top of the Cam window. Any suggestions as to what I have wrong? I am using my Iphone for my Cam. Hope I have explained it well.

It sounds like a problem with the order of the elements in the scene, but to be sure
Can you share screenshots?
