So this is abit of a weird issue so hopefully I can explain myself adequately.
When I would go to setup my audio, my first instinct was always to capture audio through my headset since that's of course where all of the audio will be coming from. However, I instantly noticed that audio quality was fairly low, so I downloaded those AAC audio drivers people talk about but I didn't get anything beyond mild improvements.
However, when capturing audio through my desktop speakers and not using my headset at all I noticed audio sounded wonderful. The problem though is that if I ever wanted to stream, it would completely compromise my ability to use my microphone as my desktop audio will inevitably get picked up by my microphone. I've tried things like RTX Voice for noise cancellation and while it helps a lot theproblem is still there.
I don't really plan on streaming much if at all but I'd like to have the option if possible. How do I solve this issue? How can I either record audio through my headset without quality loss or use my desktop audio without my microphone picking any of it up? Its a super basic issue I am struggling to find answers for, so I must be doing something verybasic wrong here.
I can post a log later tonight when I get home from work if necessary
