Question / Help Issue with audio quality through the stream.

Hey all, I was unable to find another thread on this issue. When I play music during my streams, the quality is greatly reduced and it sounds flat (this goes for any audio, not just music). I use OBS and I'm honestly not sure what the issue is. It doesn't matter what the music source is, because it does this for everything. I've messed around with all the encoding settings and nothing seems to change. Any ideas or points in the right direction on how to go about fixing this? My other streaming buddies don't have the issue and can't figure out why I have it. Thanks for the help.

I'll link a test broadcast here with some music. The quality is just bad like it sounds muffled, no clipping, I know my settings are fine. I'm not sure what the issue causing this is. http://www.twitch.tv/cryphon/b/623473283

Also I'm not using VAC.

I saw this playback device and thought it looked kind of odd O_o

Also, what is this? ASTRO MixAmp Pro

I have absolutely no idea what that is. I'm bad with computers. If it's odd, it probably is, and I have no idea what to do about it.

And I cannot watch your recording atm so that will be a couple of hrs from now. I would look into it, meaning the ASTRO MixAmp Pro

That's my mic input, quality doesn't change when I have it unplugged either. My recording is just like 30 seconds of music sounding muffled.

Have you checked the windows settings for audio? check all inputs and outputs, set everything back to default in the windows audio settings. one time I set the audio quality for my sounds up way to high (studio quality) and would hear popping, clicking, and garbled audio on stream
