Bug Report ISSUE Blurry output in VirtualCam or NDI for Skype, Zoom, Teams!

Hey folks, finally i found the reason and can reproduce it! Maybe someone with more knowhow can help to Fix it.

if i open NDI in VLC, the device opens in by default YUY2 Colorformat. The result is this:

If I open the same device and set it to UYVY, the result is this!

Now the question. What to do, since Skype, Zoom ect. are using the default settings?

@MrSpock Where are you changing the colorformat setting

Anybody a solotion for this issue? My pupils still stay the screen is blury when I use OBS virtual can with MS Teams.
