please i had hp laptop it is windows7 64 bit, i intered obs studio 64bit, when i open it says mvcp140dell is missd i dont know why please i need help

Like it says on the download page, OBS only works on Windows 10 / 11
You can update to Windows 10 (it's still free upgrade from Microsoft) or use an older version of OBS which you can accedd via the download page too.

I'd strongly recommend updating to Win10. Yes, it changes a LOT, but it also still gets security patches. Not getting those patches (or forbidding them) is a wide-open invitation to get hacked.
