Question / Help Is Twitch not compatible with full color space?

Sorry if there is another thread with this question but I could not find anything similar to what I want to ask about.

I have been testing using different color spaces with Twitch streaming of console games and it seems like Twitch is not able to display full color space encoded streams properly. I've made two different test streams in which I've set everything I use to full color space for one stream and limited color space for another and the full color space streams I have done always look washed out when played back in the Google Chrome web browser. I have color calibrated my displays and everything looks fine locally between OBS, my capture device (Elgato HD60), and my console (PS4 Pro) when I set everything to the same color space either limited or full. But full color space captures always look washed out on Twitch when played back or viewed in Google Chrome. Am I doing something wrong or is this just an inherent behavior of Twitch to be expected?

Here is test one with everything set to limited color space: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/218742885
Here is test two with everything set to full color space: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/218745439

I could use some feedback and suggestions on what I should do to make my stream look as color accurate and black level accurate as possible. Thanks!
