Question / Help Is this the maximum quality possible?

If you compare the enclosed screen shot to the enclosed video. Is this really the maximum quality I can get on a Windows machine that is running on 1920 x 1080? Why is everthing to blurry? I tried many different settings. No change. Maybe I just can´t get any better than this. This is what I´d like to know.

Windows 7, screen set to 1920 x 1080, recording to 1920 x 1080, no scaling.
