Question / Help Is this the best way to stream with two pcs?

Alrite so im running around this forum trying to figure out how i can stream with two pcs best. Im good with capture cards, but im still confused. Right now this is the only in depth guide i found - http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmes ... _id=372142

Is this ok? any things that syou would switch or make more efficient? Thanks!
