Well, easiest way to improve your quality would be switching games and cutting the 'your mom' jokes and homophobic slurs. Kappa

From an image-fidelity standpoint I'd recommend trying out VBR with a quality setting of 8, and consider a softbox lighting rig. Your webcam doesn't seem able to keep up with the low-light conditions well, which makes it look grainy and blurry. In-game, the fonts appear to be a bit mangled by the downscale for some reason (especially noticeable on the bottoms of characters), and it looks like you're getting some frame-drop issues; might try lowering the bitrate to around 2700 if it's network-based to give yourself some additional safety margin (would need to see a broadcast log to see where the drops/lagged frames are coming from though).

what do you mean by switching games? Also im sorry you took my 'your mom' jokes and occasianal homo slurs to heart. also im seeing absolutely no issues with frame drops so im not quite sure what you talking about. I can read the text on screen 100% of the time just fine so you might want to get some glasses.
