Is this setup enough for a dedicated streaming Pc?

I am wanting to use my old Pc parts to build a streaming Pc.

I currently have (Streaming build)

i5 2320 CPU
Asus P8H61 MB
8Gb Ddr3 1333 Ram
160Gb HDD

I plan to use integrated Intel HD 2000 Graphics

My goal is a picture perfect 720p 30Fps, if thats possible.
