Is this secondary streaming pc good enough for 1080p 60fps

So im getting a secondary pc for streaming my games at 1080p 60fps. Will this be good enough to run it without problems;

• AMD Ryzen 7 2700
• Asus Prime A320m-k Micro ATX
• 16GB Corsair Vengence 2400mhz (2x8gb)
• 1gb Nvidia Geforce 710
• 1TB Seagate HDD 6GB/s 7200 rpm

I will also be using the AverMedia Live Gaming HD 2 as my capture card, if this matters. Also, i assume ill need a second keyboard/mouse for this pc as well or is there some way i can swap between the two pcs without having to unplug them and put them in too the other?
