Is This Laptop Good Enough To Stream?

I'm looking to buy a laptop, it will work as a stream pc(I will play on other pc and using NDI for capture it ), i want buy HP ELITEBOOK REVOLVE 810 G2

i7 4600U, 8GB DDR3, HD Graphics 4400, SSD 120GB.

will this configuration be sufficient for streaming in: 1080p, 60fps, ~4500-6000 bitrate ?

I am currently using a laptop with i3 2310m and at 720p, 30 fps and 4500bitrate I have 90% CPU usage

No it will not be.

In order to stand any chance of streaming 1080p, a laptop would need a HQ series processor rather than a U series.

what are the best settings available on the laptop given above? 720 p60fps 4.5-5k birate will be available?

no one knows how much performance I could achieve? with 1080p I can resign but 720 60 frames I would like to
