Question / Help is this good for streaming??

Hi guys...so basically before i wanted to streaming i try to recording my gameplay... but as i saw its was very laggy (FPS)
so i dont know if have not the best computer for streaming or im doing something wrong...

AMD A10-6700 APU with Radeon(tm) HD
Graphics 3.70 GHz
RAM 12,0
64 Bit

emh is this good for streaming?
