Is this an issue that my streaming performance is bad..window match priority

It appears to me the requirements for this option is clearly shown in the dropdown box entry ("Windows 10 1903 and up").

You would have to update Windows for it to become available.
It is not directly tied to performance, no - it allows for capturing hardware accelerated applications like Chrome.

it is affecting whn I stream since it is showing youtube is not receiving that much somthing to stream propoerly
